Capitol Commons

Capitol Commons is a mixed-use development in Oranbo, Pasiq, Metro Manila, Philippines. It is a redevelopment of the former Rizal Provincial Capitol complex located in the village of Oranbo adjacent to the Ortigas Center financial district. The Capitol Commons site formed part of the Hacienda de Mandaloyon which Ortigas & Co. founder Don Francisco Ortigas y Barcinas purchased from the Augustinian religious order during the early days of the American colonial period.


Maybunga RAVE Rainforest Park

Pasig Rainforest Park, also known as Pasig City Rainforest Adventure Experience(RAVE Rainforest Park) and Pasig Central Park, is a public park in Pasig,eastern Metro Manila, Philippines. It spans 8 hectares(20 acres),and is a mixed recreational and natural park with a mini-zoo.The rainforest park was opened to the public in 1977 with an initial area of 4.8 hectares(12 acres). It had an Olympic-sized swimming pool, jogging oval, children's playground, tennis courts and a fitness center.


Pasig City Revolving Tower

Standing tall and proud amidst the urban hustle and bustle,the Pasig Revolving Tower is one of the structural marvels of Pasig City in Metro Manila.

This one-of-a-kind tower is a testament to innovative design and engineering that weathered the test of time. Back then, this tower held the title as one of only two revolving restaurants in the country, along with the Manila Royal Hotel in Quiapo. At present, unlike itscounterpart,the Pasig Revolving Tower still stands resolute after its restoration in 2015.


Pasig City Hall

The City Hall of Pasig has under gone a number of iterations since 1967,when it was a mere four-storey structure with 1,200 square meters of floor area.The renovation in 1999 brought the floor area to approximately 9,000 square meters. Finally in 2005, four more levels were added, bringing the total floor area to 16,000 square meters.

The City Hall is as tunning vision coming onto Caruncho Avenue, with its ivory-and-emerald façade.


Estancia

Ortigas & Company have allotted ₱26 billion in key developments within the Capitol Commons property. This includes a large expansion to Estancia Mall, initially called The Paragon and Entertainment Hub in previous marketing materials, called the East Wing Estancia Mall's expanded section will have a gross floor area of 76,000 square meters (820,000 sq ft) It will house a branch of The SM Store, 6 cinemas, more lifestyle shops, and office spaces at the top floors.

The mall's new section opened on November 29, 2019, and it hosts the first-ever Ortigas Cinemas with four digital cinemas and two luxurious Screening Room Cinemas. It is also comanaged by SM Cinema.


Tanghalang Pasigueño

Tanghalang Pasigueño is a multi-use convention and cultural center with auditorium and other venue facilities for your different events.

It is more just a venue for events. It is a symbol of Pasig City's drive for excellence. It is a tribute to the city's glorious past. And it celebrated the Pasigueños passion for culture and the arts.
